lack of soundproofing maze access
I was pretty bummed about a couple of things. the lack of soundproofing was a real issue. I could hear everything going on outside, so sleeping in was a challenge. also, the walk to my room felt a bit like navigating a maze through other guests balconies i expected a bit more privacy for the price i paid.

clean jacuzzi difficult walking
the staff helped with luggage, a big plus because walking around is difficult. the jacuzzi in the room worked well and it was clean (i really enjoyed it).
the bathroom needed a vent or window.

bad smell luggage transfer
the hotel was super clean and cozy.
the bathroom had a bad smell of toilet. there was also a few minute walk from the reception to the room. i requested luggage transfer at 10:15am upon checkout, but the staff came at 10am. they urged me to leave immediately and transferred our luggage to the post office only
